FSN Mentoring Kick-Off: What mentoring offers me!
Almost everyone talks about mentoring and its positive impact on career development. But what is behind mentoring? What are the benefits? And how can I build my own mentor-mentee relationship?

These and related questions were addressed at our half-day online workshop led by Dr. Eva Reichmann on November 15th. Our 12 participants got a feeling for mentoring, clarified open questions and were prepared to start their individual career path in subsequent one-to-one coaching sessions.
The event was rounded off by individual coachings, which can be booked individually by the participants to clarify expectations and/or questions about mentoring.
