Perspectives for women in life-sciences
Also in 2019, many female, male PhD/MD students, Postdocs and Master students took advantage of getting information about several career opportunities, sharpening their soft skills and building up new networks.
Several notable speakers coming from academic and non-academic sectors were invited to present their careers and field of action. The talks were accompanied by discussions about the perspectives for young scientists.
Moreover, participants were supported in career management, “Career Development” and professionalizing their CV.
The event was rounded off by a panel discussion on the topic “Scientific Career and Child(ren)”.
